once an appointment has been made, I have had issues with customers canceling their appointment at the last minute or no one home when I show up.
I am sorry but it cost me to come to your home and no one is home, and it is not fare to cancel an appointment at the very last minute for other customers that need their lawn equipment fixed. I can only schedule so many in one day. So, from this day on this rule is set.
- all cancelations must be made 2 days before the schedule date. If you cancel your appointment after this point, there will be a $30.00 fee applied to any future visit to you.
- If I come to you and you're not home and cancel the appointment as a no show, there will be an invoice prepared for the service call fee.
I try not to be like other shops who are 2 to 3 weeks out. So please use a little bit of respect to others when you make the appointment to have your equipment repaired.
PLEASE HAVE YOUR EQUIPTMENT IN THE DRIVEWAY
I do not work on your equipment in your shed or your garage. If I must help you get your equipment from other than the driveway there will be an additional charge added to your invoice.

FLAT RATE IS A BOOK THAT TELL REPAIR SHOPS WHAT IT SHOULD TAKE TO DO THE JOB THIS IS NOT ACTUAL TIME SPENT. IF THE BOOK SAYS 1.0 HR TO PREFORM THE TASK AND I TAKE MY TIME AND PREFORM THIS TASK IN 2.0 HOURS I ONLY CHARGE YOU FOR 1.0 HR.

- CHECK BELTS FOR CONDITION
- OPERATIONAL OVER ALL CHECK
- ALL RECOMENDED REPAIRS AND OTHER SERVICES WILL BE NOTED ON INVOICE UPON COMPLETION
- diagnose charge is $49.50. per each equipment
- cleaning your equipment $55.00
- Blade Sharpening per blade $15.00 and if on equipment add $5.00 to remove blade.
- REMOVE TIRE ON RIM AND REPLACE $42.50 EACH will not replace or repair TUBES.
- PLUG A TUBLESS TIRE CHARGE IS $7.50 ON MOWER, OFF WILL BE $12.50 EACH TIRE
- WELDING WILL BE DETERMINED AT TIME OF NEED
- REPLACE MOWER DECK or DRIVE BELTS PRICE DEPENDS ON TYPE OF EQUIPMENT.
- if you request for an estimate that fee is $45.00 that will also be applied to the repair if decided to follow through with the repair. cannot give out estimate over the phone or through e-mail, equipment must be looked at first.

Pressure washers these days are not very expensive in fact you could buy a new one for under $400.00 and run at 3800 psi.

for a total of $117.12 and we haven't added any parts yet.
so figure it would pay you to buy a new one instead of fixing the old one instead of wasting the money to fix the old one.
So do a little bit of reserch berfore you stick alot of money into your pressure washer.
