Update on our warranty program.
If customers choose for us to come to their home for any repair, they will be responsible to pay the house call fee for each trip made to the home. They must also have filed a claim with the warranty dept. and supplied us with the claim number to add to the home visit schedule. Once diagnose has been completed all documents will be e-mail to “ Warrantyclaims@cpeauto.com”. We can only wait for 30 minutes for an approval to the cost of the repair, if we have no approval by then we will continue to repair under “customer pays the final bill in full”. Then this will be up to the customer to foresee any refund from the warranty dept. by filing all documents needed to the warranty dept.
This does not apply to those customers who drop off their equipment for repair. A copy of this change will be noted on each house call visit and a copy signed by the customer acknowledges this issue.
Our main goal is to take care of the customer first. For each trip to the home the charge will be $57.65 so we are trying to keep it to a one visit repair if possible.
